Antioch Alliance is a relational network of pastors, ministry leaders, and churches committed to strengthening one another and advancing the mission of Jesus locally and globally. We believe healthy and fruitful ministry is born from the presence of God and sustained through genuine relationships with others. Inspired by the church at Antioch, we desire to see leaders and churches deeply rooted in Scripture, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and engaged in the mission of God. We are building a family of leaders who are stronger together than they are alone.

Antioch Alliance creates environments where pastors and ministry leaders can connect, grow, and collaborate. Through monthly Zoom gatherings, quarterly in-person gatherings, an annual gathering, mentorship, ministry training, and practical administrative guidance, we provide ongoing support for the leaders and churches we serve. We also connect churches to global missions opportunities, cross-cultural ministry partnerships, and church planting initiatives. Our goal is to strengthen leaders and local churches while creating opportunities to participate together in what God is doing among the nations.

Antioch Alliance is more than a ministry network or collection of resources. Our conviction is that ministry for the Lord should flow from ministry to the Lord, bringing together the presence of God, the authority of Scripture, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the mission of Jesus. We value relationship over institutionalism and collaboration without requiring churches to surrender their unique identity or calling. Rather than simply connecting leaders around shared activity, we want to cultivate a community shaped by shared spiritual foundations, genuine relationships, and a common commitment to the mission of Jesus.
