I am in alignment with Hope City Global’s mission, beliefs, and core values, and I understand my responsibility to represent and embody them in both belief and behavior.

I will maintain a Christ-centered, servant-hearted posture - extending grace, truth, love, and honor in every interaction, reflecting the character of Jesus.
Personal Spiritual Growth
I will prioritize my personal relationship with Jesus and my ongoing discipleship. I am committed to growing spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally, including faithfully participating in the life of the church.
Lifestyle of Holiness & Sexual Integrity
I commit to living a life that is above reproach and set apart unto God. This includes, but is not limited to: Abstaining from all sexual activity outside of biblical marriage. Rejecting all forms of sexual immorality, including pornography and lustful behavior. Honoring God’s design for marriage as a covenant between one biological man and one biological woman. Living in purity in both public and private life. I understand that as a leader, my life should reflect not only personal conviction, but biblical standard.
Substance Use & Environment Standards
I agree that alcohol and any form of illegal drug use are not permitted on Hope City Global property or at any church-sponsored gatherings. Additionally, I commit to exercising wisdom and restraint in my personal life, understanding that my choices carry influence and should never cause confusion, compromise, or a stumbling block for others.
Communication & Social Media Conduct
I will exercise discernment in my communication, both in person and online. I will: Avoid posting or engaging in content that promotes division, offense, or confusion. Refrain from publicly opposing or undermining the leadership, doctrine, or direction of Hope City. Use my voice to build up, unify, and reflect Christ.
Honor, Attitude & Influence
I commit to being a positive, life-giving influence by demonstrating honor, humility, and a spirit of excellence. I will: Support and respect leadership, Work well with others as a team player, Maintain a teachable spirit, Take ownership of my attitude and actions.
Accountability & Integrity
I willingly place myself under spiritual authority and accountability. I commit to: Being honest and transparent in my life and leadership. Receiving correction with humility. Taking responsibility when I fall short. Seeking restoration rather than hiding or withdrawing
Seeking Help & Support
If I find myself struggling, overwhelmed, or out of alignment in any area of this commitment, I will proactively reach out to leadership for guidance, support, and accountability.
I understand that this commitment reflects the standards of leadership at Hope City Global. I acknowledge that failure to uphold these standards may result in removal from leadership.
